Programme: Master of Business Administration

MBA Course at Aishwarya Institute of Management Studies and Research is a two year full-time programme spanning four semesters, affiliated to Bangalore University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The course is designed with comprehensive and intensive content so that each term builds upon the subjects taught in the previous term.

Summer Internship: The course contains six weeks of summer internship at the end of the second semester, which gives a first hand experience of corporate working to the student. The course includes specialization subjects which equips the student to the demands of professional management in their chosen field of specialisation.

Dual-Specialization: The MBA programme at Aishwarya Institute of Management Studies and Research offer dual specilisation. A participant has to opt for a minimum of 5 courses in the specilisation stream to qualify in the specilisation. Depending on the career goals students can choose such combinations offered by the institute.

Training beyond Curriculum: Formal class room teaching is supplemented with frequent training programmes and guest lectures in various subjects by experts drawn from the industry. Workshops, seminars, panel discussions, public speaking, leadership skills, interview skills, group discussions, business etiquette etc will be regular programmes to equip the students to become future leaders in the industry.

Industrial Exposure: The summer internship programme for the period of two months exposes the students to the real life technical and human problems encountered by the organisations. Apart from the internship programme, periodic mini projects assigned to the students will prepare students encounter any situation with confidence and professional manner.

Mentoring: Each student will be under the constant monitoring under a particular faculty member. Students are expected to meet his/her mentor at least once in fortnight to seek advice and guidance on the various academics and career related matters. Each faculty member acts as a mentor and has been specially trained to understand problems and prospects of the student.

Membership to Professional Bodies: Aishwarya Institute of Management Studies and Research, is a member of many state and national level professional bodies. Students are also encouraged to become members of various professional bodies.
