Mentoring is confidential personalized support from our faculty members who are experienced and trustworthy especially for methodical self-development of the students. The mentor clarifies and gently challenges, offers oversight, insight and expertise, provides conceptual frameworks, feedback, progress monitoring, opportunities to enhance the student’s professional or personal growth, and supportive follow-up. The mentoring process helps the student reflect on and learn from the current real-life experiences to gain real-life realizations. The mentor uses a variety of approaches, like, coaching, training and counseling. Mentoring in our institution is a continuous process, where each faculty is allotted a group of students for continuous monitoring of their performance and progress.

Expert corporate trainers provide career counseling at regular intervals to enable the students to choose the career of their choice. More than 200 students of our institutions are already placed in reputed companies like TCS, Dell, IBM, Accenture, Adani group, Bharti Axa, Cognizant technologies, Infosys, ABN Amro and many more companies.

Regular Parent- Teachers meet is conducted to enable parents to know about their wards academic performance.

The Institution boasts of management club, to foster the managerial abilities of the youngsters. It aims to train them thoroughly in various management aspects including etiquette. The club conducts various management activities like GDs, Mock interviews, Business proposal, Product launch and case solving. The activities like pick and speak and sectoral presentations aims to improve the communication skills along with imparting the knowledge of the corporate sector.

Students and parents are informed well in advance about events and examination schedules through SMS services.

To continue the bond between the students and the institution, a fully functional alumni association is in existence and actively managed by students.

The main objective of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell is to create awareness about the entrepreneurship and educate young minds about the role and need for entrepreneurs in the 21st century with specific reference to Indian scenario. The ED cell also aims to inspire and motivate students to become entrepreneurs/ entrepreneurs, right away after graduation or later in their careers by imparting the necessary knowledge, skills and support systems required for such ventures. The cell aims to groom entrepreneurial skills of the students with the support of the experienced faculty.
