About Us

Aishwarya Educational and Charitable Trust (R), founded and registered in 1996, to serve the society through education and charitable activities. The Founder and The President of the Trust Dr. L.P. Nagarajaiah, a medical practitioner, a social worker and a philanthropist envisioned the need of trained nurses and para-medical professionals and started a nursing school in a small way. After ten years, Aishwarya Nursing School is one of the well known and professionally run nursing institutes, recognized by Indian Nursing Council and Karnataka Nursing Council. Inspired by the contribution of nursing school to the society, Trust has started undergraduate and post graduate courses in commerce and management.

Vision:

To provide education of the best quality that would instill values, imbibe compassion, impart ethics, generate employment and enhance the decision making skills of the students.

Mission:

Create an institution which would serve as a centre of excellence for training managers of global repute; provide an opportunity to apply innovative ideas and recourses to solve complex issues; demonstrate a willingness to take risks and persist in the face of challenges to achieve the impossible.

The mission of AIMSR is to be at the forefront of higher education, serving the needs of the community.

 To achieve the mission, the AIMSR will:

• Recognize, develop and support excellence in both learning and teaching

• Foster an instructional and organizational climate that welcomes innovation, is open to change, and targets continual improvement and accountability

• Maintain a comprehensive, dynamic curriculum, a varied education delivery system, and a strong outreach program, recognizing and meeting the diverse learning needs

• Offer programs and services that are flexible and accessible

• Motivate and prepare students to qualify for and succeed in further educational endeavors

• Promote critical and creative thinking and academic honesty
